  • Jane Olley is the Coordinator of the Regional Initiative for Inclusive Recycling a joint program of the Multilateral Investment Fund (MIF) of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) Group, the Water and Sanitation Division of the IDB, the Avina Foundation and The Coca-Cola Company which aims to help improve access for informal recyclers to markets for recycled materials in Latin America and the Caribbean. The program has so far supported projects in 10 countries in the region. Ms Olley holds Masters Degrees in Chemical Engineering (University of Cambridge) and in Water & Environmental Management (WEDC, Loughborough University) in the UK. Subsequently specializing in solid waste management (SWM), she has 19 years’ experience in the design and implementation of international SWM projects in 21 countries worldwide.
  • Jane Olley es la Coordinadora de la Iniciativa Regional para el Reciclaje Inclusivo, un programa conjunto del Fondo Multilateral de Inversiones (FOMIN) del Grupo del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID), la División de Agua y Saneamiento del BID, la Fundación Avina Coca Cola Company que tiene como objetivo mejorar el acceso de los recicladores informales en los mercados de materiales reciclados en América Latina y el Caribe. Hasta la fecha, el programa ha apoyado a proyectos en 10 países en la región. La Sra. Olley tiene Maestrías en Ingeniería Química (Universidad de Cambridge) y Agua y Gestión Ambiental (WEDC, Universidad de Loughborough) en el Reino Unido. Subsecuentemente especializando en la Gestión de los Residuos sólidos (GRS), tiene 19 años de experiencia en el diseño e implementación de proyectos internacionales de GRS en 21 países del mundo.
