Lisa Kaas Boyle is an environmental attorney, the kind who represents the environment, not the kind who defends polluters.  Lisa graduated from Vanderbilt University and then Tulane Law School, cum laude.  She began her career at the LA Districts Attorney’s Office where for 7 years she prosecuted environmental, consumer and violent crimes. She left the DA’s Office to become the Director of Legal Policy for Heal the Bay and then co-founded Plastic Pollution Coalition to battle single use plastic. Lisa advises environmental groups on legal policy, education and communications and drafts legislation. A prolific writer and speaker at venues around the world, Lisa’s work can be seen at Huffington Post, Planet Experts, and in her TEDx talk: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=auPKCJsTmUE.
