Anne Germain is the Vice President, Technical & Regulatory Affairs at National Waste & Recycling Association. She served as the Chief of Engineering and Technology at Delaware Solid Waste Authority until mid-2013. Ms. Germain won the SWANA Landfill Division’s Distinguished Individual Achievement Award in 2007 and has also served as technical division director for SWANA’s Landfill Division. Additionally, she has contributed papers at its symposia and at WASTECON.

Ms. Germain has also authored and co-authored numerous papers and articles for SWANA and the International Solid Waste Association trade journals, including Geotechnical Fabrics Report, Solid Waste Technologies, Civil Engineering, and The Journal of Solid Waste Technology and Management.
