We organized a couple of conversations this week with two people working in the space of consumption in very different ways.
Our first chat was with Julie Kearns, Founder and Finder, at the Minneapolis-based, 3000 ft2, best-in- class, daily vintage/reuse shopping experience known as Junket: Tossed & Found, and is also widely credited with having led the revitalization of formerly-blighted Minnehaha Avenue into a destination district for all things sustainability and reuse.
Following this, we chatted with Moana Simas, lead author of a publication on industrial ecology, a must-know subject for circular economy, and waste and resource management professionals.
