Charlotte Österman is Private Sector Lead for Social Value UK. Charlotte offers tailored support and technical expertise to their private sector members to help them on their social value journey. Charlotte is also Partner and Sustainable Development Director of the international development consultancy Pax Tecum Global, which uses diplomacy to foster partnerships and wider social good. Previously, she worked in the UK built environment and as a social value lead for VINCI Facilities. Charlotte is an accredited L1 Associated Practitioner of SROI and social value, as well as Practitioner of IEMA. She holds a BA in Politics and Economics from Lund’s University and sustainability & CSR studies at the University of Buenos Aires.
