Wayne Williams
Wayne O. Williams is an Environmental Engineer and a Wastewater Subject Matter Expert. He is a graduate of the University of Florida and has worked in many executive-level positions and contributed his expertise to environmental projects, from start-up to sustainability, at local, Caribbean, and international levels. At one point in his career, he supervised the Construction, Operations, and Maintenance of up to 72 wastewater facilities. Mr. Williams has a long association with the CWWA, serving as the Charter Secretary in 1989, PRO from 2008-2010, and then as President from 2010-2012. As a Subject Matter Specialist, Mr. Williams has been tapped by International Agencies as an Advisor on Impact Management and Mitigation research projects, targeting territories across the region.
