Andrea is a lawyer with a specialization in environmental consultancy and a master’s degree in environment, human dimensions, and socioeconomics. She has experience in the management of environmental policies and models of development, management, and evaluation related to collective rights and the environment. She has led the development of local, sustainable policies and administrative rules for the protection of natural resources. Andrea has experience in sustainability management systems, instruments of environmental protection, environmental taxation, and tools for territorial analysis of the environment. She is also competent in the formulation of policies, plans, and programs in waste management, post-management consumption, plastic, circular economy, urban environmental management, and implementation of sustainability in productive activities at the national level, such as agriculture, mining, energy, hydrocarbons, construction, infrastructure, and mobile sources.
