Jordann Norbert
Jordann Norbert, a Jamaican native, holds a BSc. in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Technology, Jamaica and an MSc. in Executive Leadership in Hospitality Management from Monroe College. For the past 8 years, she has served as an educator in St. Lucia, where she has also resided for the past 10 years. She is also the Sustainability Director of her organization Norbert’s Educational Resource Development (NERD) Enterprises. She has always had a passion for education and sustainable development, specifically within the Hospitality and Tourism sector. Under this role, she operates as a Sustainable Food and beverage/Hospitality trainer and engineer. She was awarded Island Innovation Ambassador 2022 for St. Lucia and has made it her mission to bring awareness to the importance of better management and prevention of food waste within the hotel food service and food and beverage industry overall through the launch of the organization’s “Green Cuisine Initiative”.
