Founder and Executive Director, Eco-Justice Ethiopia
Eskedar has over 10 years of experience in environmental advocacy, legal research, and project management. He is the founder of Eco-justice Ethiopia and former director of the Environment and Natural Resources Law Center at Mekelle University.
Also, he lectures at the law school and engages in research-based advocacy, including consulting on the enactment or amendment of new laws that promote sustainable development and awareness-raising work to improve the implementation of existing legislation. His extensive research and advocacy experience comprises various independent consultancy works with international development actors and national government organs.
