Joshua Forte is the Founder and CEO of Red Diamond Compost Inc., a Barbados-based regenerative agriculture and agtech company developing organic soil and crop inputs from local organic waste streams, including sargassum seaweed, plant biomass, and animal manures. His work focuses on rebuilding soil biology, reducing reliance on synthetic agricultural inputs, and creating circular-economy solutions for small island and climate-vulnerable regions. Through Red Diamond Compost and the Journey to 1000 Acres Initiative, Joshua supports farmers, gardeners, and communities in adopting regenerative practices that improve soil health, crop resilience, and food security. He is also developing the Diamond Matrix Bioconversion Platform, a digital system designed to guide and scale decentralised production of biological agricultural inputs globally.
