She is a professor with a demonstrated history of working in multiple areas of Environmental Engineering, including technology development in water, wastewater, and waste treatment, resource recovery from industrial waste, sustainability, and environmental impact assessment. She is a strong education professional with a PhD focused on Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University. She is the program coordinator of the Carbon Zero Challenge, an eco-technology and entrepreneurship contest.
