Maria Tsakona is an International Solid Waste Management Consultant and Product Manager at D-Waste. Waste management planning, development of waste Management projects and training are some of the fields that she has been working on since 2005. Currently her main focus is on the provision of sound, sustainable and affordable waste management in developing and transitional countries as well as on the development of web and mobile applications to make knowledge about solid waste management more accessible to everyone.
