Adam Baddeley’s sixteen years of consulting experience brings extensive and detailed knowledge of the many regulatory and policy instruments which drive or constrain waste infrastructure development and Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) export. Much of Adam’s work has been on behalf of developers undertaking market analysis, financial modelling and in the negotiation of commercial partnerships. Recent clients in this regard include RWE Npower, DONG Energy, Scottish & Southern Energy (SSE), Peel Energy, FCC, Shanks and Kier Services. Similarly, he has worked with the financial community, undertaking market and commercial due diligence exercises for the likes of Goldman Sachs, RBS, Santander, Cooperative Bank, Climate Change Capital, Foresight Group, Investec and Lloyds. Adam also works on behalf of the RDF Industry Export Group, formed to develop evidence-based information relating to RDF export.
