Bishal Bharadwaj, researcher at the University of Calgary, boasts over two decades of experience in access to clean energy and plastic pollution. Bishal served the Government of Nepal for nearly a decade before joining academia. Engaged in policy analysis since 2012, Bishal is a human geographer interested in evaluating environmental policies (energy, plastic, pollution and climate change) in heterogeneous contexts to identify strategies for effective and equitable policies.
