Carolina Palacio, is a militant of the Argentinean Waste Pickers Federation within the Union of Popular Economy Workers (FACCyR – UTEP, in its Spanish acronym). She is the coordinator of the international relationships of her organization and, at the same time, works in the Support Team of the Global Alliance of Waste Pickers. She has a major in Philosophy. She has been working for the inclusive recycling sector since 2009.
