Dr Bakar is an award-winning strategic designer with a specialization in design thinking and data-driven innovation.
Currently, he is in a postdoctoral research role at the University of Exeter Business School, leading the development of a UK-wide circular economy roadmap.
His strengths include big data analytics using both supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques and novel research methodologies. Current research interests include circular economy and sustainability roadmapping; data-driven sustainable consumption; and sustainability business model design.
