Grayson Shor is a battery and critical minerals circularity expert with over a decade of experience scaling multi-million-dollar sustainability programs across five continents. He brings a unique blend of experience from industry, government, and civil society.
Grayson is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Buckstop, an AI-driven critical minerals urban mining company. He is also the Founder and Executive Director of the Pacific Northwest Battery Collaborative, the U.S. Pacific Northwest’s largest network of battery professionals. Prior to these roles, Grayson led Amazon Worldwide Operations’ circular economy and battery sustainability program, where he was responsible for developing and scaling resource efficient solutions for 1.2 million employees across more than 20 countries.
