Since joining Systemiq, Haricha has shaped SWM policies in local context and supported implementation on the ground. Recently, she has successfully led the established Regional Public Service Entity as waste operator in Banyuwangi region, and in progress for establishing of 2 more for Malang region, both in East Java Indonesia. Prior to joining Systemiq, Haricha was involved in various impact projects, empowering rural communities and unlocking access to digital financial services.
