Julie Kearns is the Founder and Finder at the Minneapolis-based, 3000 ft2, best-in- class, daily vintage/reuse shopping experience known as Junket: Tossed & Found, and is also widely credited with having led the revitalization of formerly-blighted Minnehaha Avenue into a destination district for all things sustainability and reuse.
Local mission accomplished, she is now leading a broader charge to enable emissions-informed shopping
choices for individual consumers and the businesses who serve them, figuring that if a bootstrapped junk shop can do it, so can everyone else.
Julie is equal parts strategic change agent, engaging storyteller, creative force, intuitive entrepreneur, and energetic mama. In her spare time, she may be found furiously typing, biking/clover-hunting with eight-year-old Meridel, or living it up with the other grade school moms.
