Laksmi has been involved in various stages of project design, implementation, governance and policy advocacy, digital solutions delivery, and incubating innovation for SWM service delivery in the Banyuwangi region, aiming towards providing access to 1.7 million of the population. Prior to joining Systemiq, she spent 6+ years working on various infrastructure projects, including toll roads, railways, and water. She cross-pollinated learnings across various sectors to advise key ministries in debottlenecking strategic issues and unlocking policy change.
