Michael J Cowing, a UK and St Lucian national, is a Chartered Environmental Scientist specializing in environmental impact assessment, waste management, contaminated land remediation, sanitation and the management of hazardous materials.
He possesses an MSc in Environmental Science (Manchester, UK) a BSc in Geography (Surrey, UK) a professional Diploma in Waste Management (London, UK) as well as other industry accredited certificates in oil-spill response, contaminated land remediation and public health.
He has accumulated over twenty five years international experience in over fifty countries around the globe. As well as the private and public sector his client list includes the United Nations (UN), the World Bank (WB), the European Union (EU), the Department for International Development (DiFD) and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB)
