Waste Consultant working for Disaster Waste Recovery
Olmo Forni is a Waste Consultant working for Disaster Waste Recovery, the specialized NGO for debris and waste management in emergencies and humanitarian settings. During his endeavours, Olmo researched hazardous waste international trafficking and organized crime with UNICRI, and the impact of humanitarian aid on recycling in Hiti during his Master degree at WEDC.
Most recently he’s been working in the Middle East mapping informal recycling sector in Northern Jordan and the impact of the conflict on Yemen waste management sector.
