Paul set up Frith Resource Management in 2008 following a career in technical services and consultancy for waste and carbon management since 1997. He is an expert Waste Manager with a reputation as a leading consultant in the field of waste and resource management. Paul has a vast amount of experience of delivering international projects and has recently completed projects in South Africa, India, Indonesia, Cyprus, Australia and Malta. Paul has worked with over forty local authorities, county councils and waste partnerships on service reviews, efficiencies for collection services, recycling and treatment, options appraisals and innovation.
