Tim Elliott specializes in ex ante and ex post policy analysis, including the use of Life Cycle Analysis in environmental modelling and economic assessment in Cost Benefit Analysis. His expertise in understanding the impacts of policy has led to Tim’s involvement in managing and running policy led workshops in the UK, across the EU, and further afield in countries such as India. Other key areas of his work include waste flow modelling, site assessments, data analysis, collections modelling, website design and the development of toolkits to aid decision makers. He is also Eunomia’s lead consultant on business development in international markets, both within and outside of the EU. He is an experienced PRINCE2® Practitioner qualified project manager, and has managed complex, technical and politically-driven projects for the UK Government and the European Commission. Tim’s recent experience includes being the Lead Modeller on a review of the targets contained within in the Waste Framework Directive, the Landfill Directive and the Packaging and Packaging Waste Directive on behalf of the European Commission and managing two innovative projects for Zero Waste Scotland exploring the business case for an electric arc furnace for recycling steel scrap in Scotland and design of a deposit refund scheme for Scotland.
