Davila's experience includes areas such as solid waste management, air quality, and environmental assessments. In the last thirteen years, his experience has been in solid waste management, working in landfill and landfill gas (LFG) collection system design, the development of specifications for landfill and LFG construction, LFG studies; stormwater management, health and safety, and regulatory compliance for landfills and solid waste facilities throughout Arizona, California, New Mexico, and Texas.
In addition, he has performed multiple LFG feasibility studies and LFG collection system designs throughout Latin America and the Caribbean, including: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Puerto Rico, Sint Maarten, and Venezuela.
