Graham Duxbury

Chief Executive, Groundwork UK

Graham Duxbury was appointed Groundwork UK’s Chief Executive in 2014, having served in a number of other roles in the organisation building national relationships and partnerships, generating income, developing programmes and leading on policy and communications. In that time he has contributed to a wide range of Government and voluntary sector groups and task forces on subjects including parks and green spaces, access to nature, youth employment, fuel poverty and community empowerment. Prior to joining Groundwork in 1998, Graham undertook a number of communications roles in a national visual impairment charity and for local authorities in Lancashire and West Yorkshire. He was awarded an OBE for services to communities and the environment in 2020.
