This experience has allowed him to collaborate with chefs of various nationalities, learning from their culinary traditions and sharing his own.
One of the highlights of his career was participating in the FIFA World Cup in Qatar, where he had the opportunity to experience the excitement and energy of a world-class event, as well as contribute his culinary creativity.
Currently, he continues to explore new forms of culinary expression in Trinidad and Tobago, where he finds inspiration in the diversity of local ingredients and flavors.
