Zaqiya Cajee is the 18-year-old founder of Swopitup; The initiative provides a platform for young people to access the preloved market through clothing swops in schools. She talks out about the importance of elevating young voices and not just listening to them but also taking action upon those words. She recently expanded SwopItUp to include a creators program that allows young people to express themselves in creative ways whilst bringing attention to the climate crisis. She continues her work on other environmental campaigns such as Mock COP26 and Teach The Future, which focuses on collaborative global action on climate change and cross-curricular climate education, respectively.
